In the past, it was possible to invest in Ruralis through several initiatives: a crowdfunding campaign in March 2023, a capital increase reserved for shareholders in December 2023, and a third investment round in mid-2025.
Currently, in 2026, there are no open capital increases and it is not possible to invest in Ruralis.
However, the company’s goal is to continue creating value for current and future investors, with the ambition of one day being listed on the stock exchange.
At the moment there are no campaigns available, but through the website it is possible to join a reserved list to receive updates about any future capital increases.
Ruralis has been one of the few Italian startups to have already offered a return of around 3x to some shareholders who invested in the March 2023 campaign.
For example, someone who invested €10,000 had the opportunity to liquidate their stake for around €30,000.
However, many shareholders have not yet liquidated their stake. Only some minority investors chose to do so, while others preferred to keep their shareholding, believing that Ruralis’ future value may be even higher.
Ruralis operates mainly in the Italian and U.S. markets.
It also manages some properties in other countries, such as Spain, France, the Dominican Republic and Jamaica, mainly because some owners discovered Ruralis and proactively requested the service. However, these countries are not part of an active acquisition strategy: in 2026, Ruralis is focused mainly on the Italian and U.S. markets.
In 2026, the company is focusing especially on Italy and the United States, with the goal of consolidating its presence in these two markets. In the future, Ruralis may also open new international markets.
