No, we do not carry out physical property visits. We manage everything remotely so we can activate your home on the portals within a few days.

For us, every vacation home has potential: our goal is to give it maximum visibility and position it in the best possible way on the market. Guests will then determine how attractive and bookable the property is.
That said, we can still carry out an initial assessment remotely. If you send us some photos and information about the property, we can provide an analysis of the area and competitors, together with an indicative estimate of annual revenue.

Of course. Once registration, payment and onboarding have been completed, you will have access to the calendar through the Ruralis App.

From there, you can independently block the dates when you want to use the home yourself or reserve it for friends or family.

The dates you leave available can instead be booked by guests on the portals.
